We are sure many folks out there are trying to “carry on as normal” while doing their best to look after friends and family during these worrying times. This entry is to update folks on what changes Duncklee & Dunham has made to look after our staff and clients during this global crisis.
Here at Duncklee & Dunham, the well-being and safety of our staff, our clients, and our communities continue to be our top priority. Wake County has deemed the services we provide to be essential in accordance with the county’s Proclamation of Emergency Restrictions. Governor Roy Cooper has also indicated our services are essential, as we manage hazardous substance sites. We work hard to stay up-to-date with all local, state and federal guidance pertaining to COVID 19, and take compliance with these guidance documents very seriously. Our company has implemented measures to ensure the health and safety of our staff, while also maintaining the highest level of service to our clients. These measures include requiring all of our staff to work from home, using the latest technologies to collaborate and communicate virtually, and practicing proper social distancing when in the field. We are operating at full-staff levels and will continue to make adjustments to the implications of COVID-19 in order to meet our clients’ needs in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like to discuss how we could help you during these trying times.
